Consultation on Public Space Protection Orders

We have recently launched a survey on Public space protection orders for anti-social behaviour and irresponsible dog owners.

A PSPO allows us to put restrictions in specific areas such as town centres, parks and beaches.

A PSPO would allow police, PCSOs and authorised council officers to deal more robustly with offenders at the time of an offence taking place.

Some of the prohibitions in these orders are new, while others are updates of older legislation to allow better enforcement.

Please circulate this amongst your staff, volunteers and clients.

This survey closes on 28 November 2018. Paper copies are available on request in at Lincs Inspire Libraries.
