Neighbourhood Watch
Reporting things. We’re encouraging everyone and every network of people to ensure they are reporting their concerns and issues properly. On the principle that, if it’s not reported then it didn’t happen, we want to ensure it’s clear how to report things that concern you. 999 for emergencies is obvious, as hopefully is 101, but there are many other crimes that can be reported to the Police and there’s lots of routes on the Humberside Police website for reporting at https://www.humberside.police.uk/ro/report/. But many issues might be for reporting to the Council. So a similar page on the NELincs website details everything that you should be telling the Council about: https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/report-it/. We’ve started putting some of the information about reporting different issues together on a web page of our own here: https://nelwatch.org.uk/reportit/. Please encourage your networks to report things appropriately so that issues can be acted on.
Our regular reminder to tell your neighbours to sign themselves up to MyCommunityAlert. An important way to keep up with local updates from the Police, Fire and other partners.
