There is currently a review of the Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) that cover Dog Fouling & Anti Social Behaviour. There’s a consultation open and you can have your say.
The PSPOs are an effective way to help crack down on ASB so are worth consideration. Please share with your networks and see if anyone can respond to the consultation before the 14th March 2025 deadline.

PSPOs allow us to put restrictions in specific areas such as town centres, parks and beaches.
North East Lincolnshire Council introduced PSPOs to target anti social behaviour and irresponsible dog ownership in July 2019 and they expire after 3 years.
In order to renew the current PSPOs, we are asking the public to feedback their thoughts as part of a consultation.
If you would like to know more about PSPO then please visit the PSPO page https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/keeping-our-area-clean-and-safe/public-space-protection-orders-pspo/
To take part in this consultation please access it here https://tell-us.questionpro.eu/PSPO
This consultation will close on Friday 14th March 2025.
