Humber Watch is the Neighbourhood Watch Association that covers the Humberside Police Force Area (East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire).
Humber Watch is accredited by OurWatch – the national Neighbourhood Watch body – to support Neighbourhood Watch across our region.
Humber Watch is a partnership between Neighbourhood Network, representing Hull, Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) representing North East Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire Council (Neighbourhood Watch remit); and North Lincolnshire Council (Neighbourhood Watch remit). Humber Watch is supported by Humberside Police and other partners to carry out its role.
Humber Watch was formally established in 2017.
The first Humber Watch conference was held in June 2018 and attended by around 100 people.
There was a hiccup in 2020 (Covid-19) and everything was quiet for a while. Humber Watch returned with a new conference in July 2022
The most recent conference was in 2024.
Humber Watch continues to meet throughout the year to share news, information and best practice.
