Our “Stay Safe Guide” is a booklet full of important and useful information for keeping safe and secure. It’s aimed in particular at older people, but most of the information is useful to anyone.
The Stay Safe guides are an initiative from VANEL (Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire) based in Cleethorpes. Their first guide was produced in 2020 as the pandemic was impacting communities, and since then many editions and reprints of the guides have been published for residents in North East Lincolnshire.
This edition (June 2025) has been sponsored for Humber Watch and produced by Karl at VANEL. This edition is more general and is relevant across all of Humberside and will be distributed by Humber Watch partners in their own regions.
